Cash on delivery (COD) service is available for Oman only.

2. COD charge is non-refundable.

1. Any order above 15 OMR automatically benefit from free delivery to any state in the Sultanate .
2. Customers in other countries get free delivery for orders above to the equivalent of 199 SAR

1. Free exchange is available ONE TIME only for any order that does not have an "exchange coupon".

2. Paid exchange is available if requested for orders that have an "exchange coupon"

3. Free exchange applies for customers inside Muscat area only.

4. Exchange request should be made within the return window (15 days of order recipt).
