Terms and conditions of Exchange

CREDIT CARDS

  • We accept credit cards as a method of payment. There are no additional fees for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact delivery address and phone number to avoid delaying the processing of your order.

Exchange POLICY

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you want to change a size, just make sure you contact us within 15 days from the day your order was delivered, and make sure the items are in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. The replacement request must be made through the application or the website from the (Orders) page.

  3. After the exchange request reaches us, the value of the replaced product will be added to the customer's account at Beisat.com, and a message will be sent via WhatsApp or via email, and the customer can use the value of the voucher to purchase other products from Beisat.com instead of the returned products.

  4. The validity of the exchange voucher after it is sent to the customer is 5 days after which the voucher will be canceled automatically.

  5. Free Exchange within the Sultanate of Oman, but there is a delivery fee for your replaced order in the event that the total of your order after deducting the value of the replaced products is less than 15 riyals (Free Exchange means that the driver moves from our store to the customer’s location and takes the replaced product and returns it to our store for free).

  6. The product must be returned in its original packaging and wrapping, in case it is not returned in its original packaging, your request will not be accepted.

  7. When your replacement order is delivered, you must give the driver the replacement order.

  8. We do not have refunds.

Β Defective Product

  1. The product cannot be returned for a refund, unless the product arrived to you damaged or defective, then contact us and please return the product in its original packaging, and your payment will be refunded to a payment method of our choice after we confirm it.

  2. In the event that the product is damaged or has a defect, a picture must be sent to the customer service number +96822093347 via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the delivery of your order. In the event that the communication takes place after 24 hours of the delivery of your order, your request will not be accepted.

  3. Returned items must be in their original packaging unused condition. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

The Following Products Cannot Be Exchanged:

  1. Lingerie, underwear
  2. Cosmetics
  3. Swimwear and beachwear
  4. Sports bra

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. All orders that have been confirmed by the customer and after being processed before 2 pm will be given to the driver on the same day except on Fridays and official holidays.
  2. The delivery period within Muscat Governorate is 24 hours in the event that the customer sends his location to the driver, while outside Muscat Governorate within 3-5 working days depending on the customer's location. For other countries 10 - 15 business days.
  3. The delivery fee within Muscat Governorate is 0.950 baizas, while outside the Muscat Governorate it is 1.950 OMR, but in the event that your order is more than 15 OMR. It is Free Delivery to all parts of the Sultanate of Oman.

Make-up and cosmetics:

  1. All products must be used strictly according to their instructions, precautions and guidelines. You should always check the component of the products to avoid possible allergic reactions.
  2. Beisat.com is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from the use of these materials.

Product Size Chart:

  1. Product size table obtained from manual product measurement, there may be 1-3 cm difference.
  2. If the size chart is not available, please contact customer service and we will help.

Terms for multiple product orders

  1. For multi-items order, we will do our best to ship all of the items in the order at the same time. Products will be canceled if found to be defective and we will contact you in an appropriate manner.
  2. You will only be charged for the products provided in your shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for the shipping price shown to you on your purchase receipt. Shipping charges will be applied in full to the first product(s) in your original order prior to modification.

Privacy Provisions On Other Websites

  1. Other websites that can be accessed through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please refer to each site's privacy policy for more information. Beisat.com is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
  2. If you pay using a debit/credit card some information such as name and email may be shared with the payment processor for security requirements.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

  1. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error by our publishing department or any technical issues, Beisat.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. Beisat.com shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the amount will be transferred to you in the event that your credit card payment is made and your order is canceled.

  1. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
